It can be used to drive 4, 6 and 8 wire two-phase hybrid stepping motors with a step angle of 1.8 degrees and 0.9 degrees. When selecting a motor, it is mainly determined by the torque and rated current of the motor. The torque is mainly determined by the size of the motor. Larger motors have higher torque. The current is mainly related to the inductance, and the small inductor motor has good high-speed performance, but the current is large.
Each time the driver receives a CP pulse, it drives the stepper motor to rotate by one step angle (subdivided into a subdivided step angle). The frequency change of the CP pulse changes the speed of the stepping motor at the same time. By controlling the number of CP pulses, the stepper motor can be accurately positioned. This makes it easy to achieve the purpose of stepping motor speed regulation and positioning.
